The service
PlumbLink gives creators a free public profile page, product link tools and a private analytics dashboard. It is free for creators. We plan to keep the core service free; if that ever changes, existing creators will be told well in advance.
Your account
- You must give accurate details and keep your login to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- One person per account. Handles are first in, best dressed, but parked or abusive handle squatting can be reclaimed.
- The LICENSED badge is switched on by you. Only use it if you actually hold a current plumbing licence or registration.
Your content and links
- You own what you post. You give PlumbLink permission to host and display it, that's all.
- You're responsible for every link, code and claim on your page, including following the acceptable use rules and any advertising disclosure rules that apply to you.
- If a product is gifted, sponsored or linked through an affiliate arrangement, label it. The tools for that are built in.
What PlumbLink can do
- We can remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or the acceptable use rules.
- We can change or discontinue features. We'll be sensible about it.
- We show aggregated, anonymised click insights to brands. Your private dashboard stays private and your visitors stay anonymous, as described in the privacy policy.
The legal bits
PlumbLink is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it up and accurate but don't guarantee uninterrupted service or that click counts are perfect (bots and blockers exist). To the extent the law allows, PlumbLink isn't liable for indirect losses from using the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Australian Consumer Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
